Our gastronomy, which is our most defining feature, is of superb quality and much attention to detail is paid. The use of prime quality products and the very particular care that goes into the preparation of our various specials make for a high quality, refined cuisine. After a day on the slopes and much burning of calories, skiers are, of course, in need of good food. At Posada de Farellones we meet and surpass such needs.
Our daytime menu includes pastas (original Italian recipes), red meat, fish and seafood dishes and vegetarian dishes, as well as delicious mountain recipes for dessert. We also offer special menus for groups, upon prior reservation. Our restaurant is open to everyone for lunch from 13:00 – 17:00 hrs. You can even complement your meal with something from our selection of prestigious Chilean wines.
Supper is for hotel guests only and is served at 20:00, so as to maintain a warm, family atmosphere with all our guests.
