In order to guarantee your reservation, a 50% payment of the total amount is required as a deposit. The remaining balance should be paid 45 days before arrival to the hotel.
If the reservation is cancelled or postponed more than 60 days prior to the arranged date of arrival, the deposit shall be returned in full less a service charge equivalent to 20% of that deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled or postponed more than 46 days but less than 60 days prior to the arranged date of arrival, the deposit shall be returned less a service charge equivalent to 50% of that deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled or postponed less than 45 days prior to the arranged date of arrival, no amount shall be refunded based on the total payment (100%).
If, due to some reason of force majeure, a guest has to leave Hotel Posada de Farellones before the arranged date of departure, no amount shall be refunded.
The total amount paid shall be refunded less US$ 40 per person for administration expenses in case of lack of snow or that could not begin with the Ski season, i.e. all lifts in the ski areas of both La Parva and El Colorado - Farellones Ski Resorts are closed. We also provide our clients with the alternative of transferring the money for a new reservation later on in the same season. The hotel will not cover any expenses incurred by a blocked road.
