In order to guarantee your reservation, a 50% payment of the total amount is required as a deposit. The remaining balance should be paid 45 days before arrival to the hotel. In order to enjoy your skiing holiday, please consider to book in advance our Hotel amid the ski resort reservations process.
If the reservation is cancelled or postponed more than 60 days prior to the arranged date of arrival to your skiing mountain hotel, the deposit shall be returned in full less a service charge equivalent to 20% of that deposit.
If the Hotel reservation is cancelled or postponed more than 46 days but less than 60 days prior to the arranged date of arrival to ski resort, the deposit shall be returned less a service charge equivalent to 50% of that deposit, even in your skiing holidays.
If the reservation is cancelled or postponed less than 45 days prior to the arranged date of arrival to our skiing mountain hotel, no amount shall be refunded based on the total payment (100%). This concept works basically in all ski resort reservations procedures.
If, due to some reason of force majeure, a guest has to leave Hotel Posada de Farellones, located at ski resort of Farellones, before the arranged date of departure, no amount shall be refunded. This is applicable also in winter holidays.
