Double Special is bigger and more comfortable due size and charm ski mountain atmosphere. There you will find one Matrimonial bed plus a bunk or single beds.
Large rooms have one bathroom, two bedrooms with or without a door to separate the ambience. Some of them have two twins or a queen size bed plus bunks and / or extra beds. There is not a different price for child or teens in this room.
Double rooms: Two regular beds (1,15 x 2,00mt). There is a chance to change to queen size bed upon request but is not possible to put an extra bed due room size.
Check-in: Arriving guests will receive their rooms by 3:00 pm. If the room is available earlier you can check in before this time. If not you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go skiing in chile ski resorts like Farellones. The skiing complex of La Parva and El Colorado ski resorts. Also you can ski by the pass to Valle Nevado. The skiing from El Paso has an incredible view of the Andes Mountains.
Check-out: All guests should make check -out before 11:00 am on the next morning. If guests check out after 11:00am, the front desk will charge a late check-out fee to the account, which is the rack rate for one night. The luggage can be stored at the Hotel, in the central Andes before departure to Santiago or go skiing for some hours to the ski resorts nearby.
* There is not a different price/ age based on these rooms. All guests pay the same price no matter the age of them.
** First child under 5 years old does not pay lodging. Second or third child under 5 years old pays same as children between 5 to 12 years old, staying in the same room as parent. Parents are responsible for providing proof of age if necessary. Children who at the time of check in are 5years old must pay the Children 5 to 12 years old rates.
The child price between 5 to 12 and over 13 years old apply only in Double Special rooms.
Amenities: rooms have telephone, safe box, central heating and national TV set; however a TV with satellite connection may be seen on the lounge. We recommend on your holidays to take the snowshoe trek at our mountain skiing hotel in order to involve with the majestic of our Chile Andes mountains.
Electric Power Supply in Chile is 220 Volts, so you should bring transformers.
Drinks are not included except for the welcome drink.
Tips are not included. Tipping is optional in our Hotel; however it is customary in Chile to tip 10% (optional).
